LUNAR Regional Meet III, 1996


The LUNAR third Regional contest launch took place on April 21, 1996. Contest Director was Rob Powers, who did yoeman's duty in organizing the many actvities before and during the contest, and then processed the results and submitted them to NAR Headquarters. We all owe him a big "attaboy"!

A Altitude
Who can go the highest using an A motor?

B Flex Wing Glider Duration
Launch a glider from your booster for max duration, while also safely recovering the booster.

C Helicopter Duration
Keep entire rocket aloft as long as possible using autorotation as the only means of recovery.

F Dual Eggloft Duration
Keep entire rocket aloft as long as possible and keep both of the two eggs from breaking.
