Mike Hobbs' NiceShot


Mike often shows up with imaginative "quicky" rockets. Like the unpainted Broadsword he threw together the night before with a cluster of three F7s in the tail...

Here is one of Mike's better finished scratch-built quickies. This rocket, dubbed NiceShot looks like a two-stage, but really isn't. It flew on a pair of D12-7s.

You might be wondering about those big fins amidships -- like where's the CP of this thing. You'd be right. This rocket proved unstable and flew very badly. NiceShot wasn't so nice after all...
