Larry Baskett's InitiaCam

Larry converted this AeroTech Initiator to carry a Vivitar Opus 35 compact camera, modified for external electronic control. The rocket flies well and the camera operates correctly, although the small lens and correspondingly slow maximum shutter speed have caused occasional problems with blurring, both under thrust and during descent. Larry has been working toward a better understanding of the conditions under which a small cheap camera does/doesn't give satisfactory photos from a rocket.
