participating in the 99K project, 100,000 feet seemed too confining,\u201d the ambitious club officer explained. \u201cStill, the new Level 4 certification has some kinks to work out, like filing a 528,000 foot waiver with the FAA, and finding a launch field that\u2019s 14,105 miles on a side.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a
