Dave Redell's hobby rocketry page

This page is under construction...

I first got involved in rocketry about a couple of years ago, along with my nephew Stuart. We built a few small Estes kits and quickly got interested in larger rockets, like my AeroTech HV Arcas.

I joined LUNAR and signed up to be the lunar.org webmaster. At the monthly launches I've been flying various rockets, as shown in the LUNAR photo gallery and even dipped my toe into competition at LUNAR's 1996 Regional Meet.

By the summer of 1995, Stuart and I were ready for LDRS XIV, where we flew my EZI-65 and Stuart's Graduator.

Now Stuart is working on a VB Extreme 54 and I have a number of irons in the fire, including one of Paul Campbell's Taniwha flight computers. This hobby sure has a steep learning curve if you want it to!
